How Prisais’s Father Discovered Her Talent at an Early Age?

Prisais’s father, James Townsend, noticed her when she started following along with his workouts. James is a former NFL player turned personal trainer. When James saw her daughter taking an interest, he started giving some light training to Prisais. He knew Prisais was different from other kids just a few months after she was born. “She started crawling at three months and was walking at seven months.

I knew that was unheard of,” says James. When Prisais was ten months old, her father began to bring her to the gym while training regularly. However, what made James notice was his daughter’s precocious talent for lifting weights. Before her first birthday, Prisais was already itching to get swole. By 14 months, she was able to jump onto a plate that was nearly two-feet off the ground.

James wanted to explore her athletic abilities. The seven-year-old workout wunderkind has a growing social following. Prisais’s father, James, decided to show off her skills on his personal Instagram page to appreciate her talents. Gradually, the videos of her were getting more and more attention from people all over the world. So, he eventually created an account just for her daughter.
